Water supply work to begin on Lentokonetehtaankatu in week 21
We will begin water supply construction work in front of Lentokonetehtaankatu 5 this week (week 21). Due to the work, an excavation will be made on the east side of the property, and the access route in that area will need to be closed. The work is expected to take approximately three weeks. The route will be reopened for use as soon as the work is completed.
Water supply work will also cause an interruption in water distribution on Friday 23.5. from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The interruption will affect the properties at Lentokonetehtaankatu 5 and 3.
Before the water supply interruption, it is recommended to store some tap water in a container. During the interruption, water taps should be kept closed to prevent water damage. You can test the water pressure by shortly turning on the tap. After the work is completed, the water may appear cloudy for a short time. This cloudiness will clear up by running the tap water for a while.
